Our aim is to limit damage to your property, make safe and repair or replace damaged items in the most efficient and appropriate way. Our remotely based engineers will arrive to your site within pre-arranged SLA's to resolve your maintenance need as quickly as possible.
All our engineers are qualified in their trade and wear full company uniform and carry ID. Our team is fully trained and aware of Health and Safety and legal requirements.
We have vast experience in carrying out works both in and out of normal operating hours and working within pre-set job limits. Our helpdesk ensures that tight control is maintained on costs through constant communication with our engineers and understanding job requirements form the outset. We can ensure rapid first time fix through carrying adequate stock levels on our vans and by obtaining uplifts for works if required, whilst our engineers are on site.
Our bespoke system allows jobs to be scheduled in the most efficient way and provides full job history on our client sites. A by-product of this is our ability to provide reports to our clients once we have identified your needs. Typical reports would include spend per site, spend per task type, number of first time fixes. Average spend, and provision of job status across any outstanding works.
Our vans are fitted with trackers and we are able to monitor driver behaviour arrival and departure times as well as location at any time of day.
